How to Start Teaching Reading

There are many elements to teaching reading, but having a few resources to get you started can be the biggest help. Whether you are new to teaching, filling in as a substitute, or switching to reading instruction for the first time, I have the resource for you!


The Teaching Reading Starter Pack has all the things I didn't have in my first year and had to quickly create to keep both myself and my students organized. Each of the included graphic organizers helped to keep my guided reading groups on track, my students engaged in independent reading, and all of us focused on the right kind of reading tracking.
